We teach over 20 dance styles here at Star Dance. We are looking for instructors who know their style well, can communicate it clearly to students, and show up with the same energy every class regardless of how the day started.

Experience teaching all levels is more important to us than a long performance resume. You do not need to be famous. You need to be great in the room.

Our front desk team is the first thing students and families experience when they walk through the door. We call it Energy Exchange because the role is exactly that. You bring energy, professionalism, and warmth, and in exchange you get free classes, studio access, and experience running a real business operation.

This is a volunteer position with class credits. It is a great fit for dancers, dance students, or anyone who loves the studio environment and wants hands-on experience in operations and customer service.

What we are looking for:

Outgoing, reliable, and organized
Comfortable greeting students and families, answering questions, and handling check-ins
Familiar with or willing to learn WellnessLiving (our booking software)
Available for at least two shifts per week including one weekend shift

We are growing and we need someone who is great at connecting with new students and families, following up on leads, and turning interest into enrollment. This is a paid position with a base rate plus commission and includes free access to all drop-in classes.

You do not need a dance background for this role but you do need to genuinely love what we do here. You will be representing the studio to prospective students and families, following up on inquiries, running open house events, and helping manage our registration pipeline.

What we are looking for:

Confident communicator, in person and by phone or message
Comfortable with sales conversations and following up consistently
Goal driven and self-motivated
Experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role is a plus
Passion for dance or working with kids and families
